Very satisfying
Booking the car was easy, the price was competitive and the email reminder and link to the rental voucher just before the rental date came in very handy. I will definitely use the site again.
Car Rental Dublin
The company's staff created genuine material that made it a positive experience for me. I was received and received so well that I will be testing it again for durability soon. Everything was fine, they weren't busy but wanted to talk and be nice. I was impressed that I was shown how to drive the car, operate the lights etc. This is not common in my experience, I rent a car about 6 times a year and have had bad problems.
My experience with car rental
I was very happy with the 121 hire car. On arrival at Dublin Airport we were quickly picked up in a minibus and taken to the office. Details were quickly exchanged and we got a brand new Toyota Yaris. We had no problems with the car and the staff was polite and helpful. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it.
Journey to CORK
I thought the price offered was very reasonable, however there was no information on the website that Thrifty Rental would charge me €90 more than the agreed price for insurance. This was explained to me at the counter for the reason that I made the reservation with a laser card. I then had to register my credit card to avoid paying this non-refundable fee. I would suggest that you make people aware of this on the site even if it is an industry standard as it leaves a bad taste. Overall, however, the staff was very accommodating and changed my car as requested. I would recommend this site to others as they seemed to offer the best price on the day of travel.

Very simple booking system with clear information. Pick up and drop off was easy. We had a very new car that exceeded our expectations. The agent was waiting for us at pickup and drop off and took care of us quickly. Make sure you have enough balance to cover the deductible guarantee if you are not purchasing supplemental insurance. we were 100% satisfied.
Right car, right place, right time
At the location of my choice, I was offered the type of vehicle I wanted at short notice and at short notice. Other websites were shown with an empty field. The price was reasonable and the customer service was very good.

The website was easy to use and the price was fair. The company that provided us with a car at the airport was Budget. All the papers said the tank was full, but when I got in the car it was only half full. Luckily I checked and had to go back to the airport terminal to tell them and change my papers so I wasn't charged half a tank of gas when I came back. I also didn't have a credit card with me for insurance deposit and they didn't take credit cards for that, so I had no choice but to pay extra for insurance. I also believe that charging double the price of renting a child seat borders on blackmail. We ended up bringing our own car for the flight as it was much cheaper.

Very quick and efficient pickup and drop off. The car is almost new, well maintained, no difficult sale of additional insurance and very friendly staff

Site 121 was easy to use and offered a wide range of options. Prices are very competitive and the service has been impeccable throughout, with easy pickup and drop-off.

We picked up the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and quick, the price was the lowest of any rental, the car was in perfect condition and the meal delivery took less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend the service and rental.
value of money
Reception and reception great. The car had quite a high mileage but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm not very happy with the 10 euro cleaning fee, after all I'm not going to go to a car wash at 4am in a country I don't know. Friendly staff.
The best car rental
I was upgraded to a really great car at a good price. Surprised that the car had a navigation system, a rear view camera and parking sensors, as well as cruise control. The diesel made the experience enjoyable. The service was excellent and the staff friendly.

Both when picking up the vehicle and returning it, we were served quickly and courteously. The downside is that you have to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle bus if you miss one.

You will need a voucher, passport, driver's license and credit card to pick up the car. It is very important that the driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Please note that the local landlord will hold a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. A credit card PIN is required for this. If your driver's license is foreign (e.g. Chinese), you must bring a translation of it. Only original passport and driving license are accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
In general, our prices are all-inclusive prices. For additional costs, our reservations department will contact you before issuing an invoice. In the event of an objection, you can cancel your reservation at any time without obligation (at least 48 hours in advance).
The rental car price always includes liability insurance, fire insurance, comprehensive insurance and theft insurance.
Only rentals with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible for inclusion in our Worry Free offer. This rate includes an excess and unlimited mileage.
