I was traveling alone for work and the hotel was in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The house was decorated with such beautiful things from the owner's trip. The room was very spacious, lots of books and magazines to read, RV's and lots of fans for coziness. The mini fridge outside the room brought cold water daily. Own chef, breakfast was fantastic! Just super nice owner and staff. I will be making this my place to stay every few months! Close to all FtWoorth attractions!

Can I tell you what a "gem" in town this place is? We came down from Dallas yesterday to host a jewelry show at the River Crest Country Club and needed a place to stay in Fort Worth. This is a very well maintained 1910 Victorian house which has been modernized but retains the charm of the period. And can I say that the breakfast there is divine? Chef Cindy, also the owner, really did a wonderful job! We highly recommend trying this place!

My husband and I stayed at the Texas White House for three days and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the service was great! We stayed in the Land of Contrast Suite. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was divine! We loved the vintage plumbing and the spaciousness of the bathroom. It was nice to sit outside and have a glass of wine in the evening and have breakfast outside the next morning. The location is great, being close to the Magnolia allowed us to plan a fun couple of nights while still being close by! My husband loved the robes and ended up buying one to take home. We will definitely book again! Highly recommended!

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend. Our room was in the carriage house behind the main house. Our room exceeded my expectations! It had a spa vibe and I could imagine that the owners put great attention to detail to make it unique and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and the linens were super soft. The decor was modern Texas style. It was super quiet, calming and peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect location. Typical city parking problems, valet parking is $32. We always enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites for the spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, quality breakfast, and great happy hour. Unfortunately this place didn't live up to the happy hour and quality. The assistant was obviously unhappy to be there. Melancholy when dealing with guests. The good brands were off-putting and the snacks were stale or slimy. A typical five star location...not this one.

The hotel is in a great location but is dated. The staff was great and very helpful and polite. The rooms could be much cleaner. There was hair in the bathtub and in our bed, the beds were too hard, the bathroom is very small, the water pressure was terrible. The photos were a bit misleading but we still felt safe for one night.

Good location and spacious comfortable rooms. Pretty basic but had everything we needed. All of the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. The walls are a bit thin so we heard a lot of noise at night but that is typical for hotels. The main issue was the valet service - it was very slow and it would have taken a long time for us to get our car. The valet drivers were nice though and seemed to be doing their best. All in all a pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay! The suite was great and we loved that dogs were allowed so we could bring ours. The evening reception is a big plus - there was no ticketing system so I'm not sure what the limit was, but each of us got two drinks during free happy hour and there's a free snack bar (fries, goldfish, trail mix, etc .). The gym is very nice, the pool is small, and the breakfast was AMAZING (how often does the hotel offer a free continental breakfast with freshly made omelettes?). We weren't thrilled with the expensive parking, but when we got there we were told that we could park cheaper in Bass Performance Hall's garage. It's supposed to cost $12, but sometimes they just don't charge you when you exit. This happened to us while parking overnight on a Saturday - so we ended up paying nothing to park in downtown Fort Worth? And there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommended!

Nov 2022, 1 night. - Clean large rooms. A real apartment with a bedroom separated from the living room. Fridge (larger than most hotel microfridges), microwave, 2 TVs, 2 thermostats. Good mattress and shower. Nice and efficient reception. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Luxurious, rich breakfast. We used valet parking so loading and unloading many things was a bit of a hassle. Streets are a bit noisy (not a problem for the hotel, but consider bringing a white noise device). The hallways and rooms are otherwise quiet. There were no problems during our stay and we would stay here again.
