Small but practical for a ski holiday. Everything you need to hit the slopes and come back at the end of the day and relax in the hot tub. I was concerned that there was no oven but the microwave is also a convection oven and we were able to easily cook meals in the apartment and cook macaroni and cheese on the children's range. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but overall we had a great experience.

The location of the building was great - short walk to the gondola. There were ski lockers. Parking was extra and expensive. The hot tub in our building was permanently closed - there was no reason or complaint from many people who stayed there - it looked fine and was probably just for management convenience. So we had to walk around and share a bathroom with the building next door - neither appreciated nor Covid friendly. The pull out bed is ok - not great but comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The shower was hot and powerful. Some maintenance was needed - the fridge door shelf was broken, frost was forming in the fridge (water dripping) and the light was broken - all management were aware of this and had "intent to fix it". The apartment is small but nice and had all the necessary kitchenware and bedding. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great except for the beds. They were uncomfortable. The king bed was too soft and the sofa bed was too hard.

Easy to find if you follow the provided directions and clearly marked signs. Although I wouldn't call the carpet 'new', it is perfectly fine. Best location ever!! The apartment is just outside the garage door on the right hand side and you also have direct access to the gondola, no need to walk through the hallways or lobbies or into public or crowded areas (fantastic for Rona's time), just go down the outside stairs , across the street, over a small bridge and in 4 minutes... you're in the gondola! I didn't particularly like paying for parking, but I knew it was going to happen, and it does. Perfect location, clean, tidy, easy contact with the owner, I will definitely stay here again.

Traveling in times of COVID was certainly interesting. The availability of this ski in/ski out allowed us to have lunch between runs without having to lug our ski gear everywhere. The apartment was difficult to find at first as it has its own entrance/exit, but that made it all the more pleasant. And the bathtub was great!

We love the location of this device. It's a 5 minute walk to the gondola, so we've often stayed in the Frasier Crossing condos. However, we will not rent these premises again. Firstly, the mattress needs to be replaced, it was worn out. Secondly, while a kitchen can never be stocked with everything you could want, I think it's reasonable to expect it to have both a cutting board and a wine opener. Eventually when we asked for it we were given a cutting board but never a wine opener. Finally, we were never able to get the main channels (except NBC) on the TV in the main room. With no response from the owner, my husband spent an hour on the phone with Comcast trying to figure it out to no avail. Whilst one could access a large number of cable channels and (to their advantage) Netflix, we had to watch the main channels from the bedroom. The owner eventually got back to us, but his replies were unhelpful. I felt like it wasn't like other VRBO experiences where they really cared if you came back. I don't generally write negative reviews which shows how disappointed we were with this particular experience.

I would stay here again

It's a bit of a hassle to find the accommodation as it's not outside the main building corridor. The carpet needs to be replaced; It's dirty, dingy, and has a looseness that might cause someone to trip. Everything else was acceptable.
